Application:
PCB buffer and the SPI AOI buffer is placed after SPI/AOI process to store NG PCB in the magazine rack while transferring good PCB to the next machine in FIFO or LIFO way, or is located before and after the equipments of different working speed as a buffer stocker.

* Buffer loader use durable rollers for transmission (No need change belts)
* PCB buffer has the following features: sound-light alarm when fault occurs, automatic fault diagnosis.
* After inspection of NG PCB board, the operator can change it to good PCB.
* Buffer deceleration design more stable, accurate
* PCB transfer in FIFO / LIFO available,and pass-through mode.
* Enclosed design ensure the highest security level
* With ESD Cover for the buffer conveyor.
* With stable width adjustment device (manual screw control or width automatic adjustment selectable ).
