Application:
This PCB Magazine vacuum loader with two function modes of vacuum suction PCB board and magazine rack feeding are selected, and the feeding operation of double PCBA board and the bare board is satisfied at the same time. Magazine vacuum suction loader is very popular to use for the SMT production line with multi-type PCB board and save more production cost and production line space.

* Magazine vacuum suction loader has the following features: multiple sound and light and touch screen prompt alarm function when fault occurs, automatic fault diagnosis convenient human-machine dialogue.
* The nozzle of vacuum PCB suction loader is positioned by a universal moving device, and the suction seat can be adjusted according to the characteristics of the PCB board and the hole position.
* Automatic magazine change-over and ESD magazine chain.
* the feeder device pushes the PCB board using stepper motor.stepper motor push plate speed, distance, strength can be adjusted.
* With the optional width adjustment automatically for the Unmanned intelligent production line
* Automatic magazine alignment by upper and lower pneumatic clamping.
